ER 30-Minute Promise Campaign
Atlantic General Hospital serves the Greater Ocean City, Maryland area. Situated between two much larger hospital systems makes it critical to project an image of quality, and to provide services that are differentiated. After extensive testing, Atlantic General Hospital decided to launch a 30-Minute ER Promise campaign – the first such service pledge from any hospital on the Delmarva Peninsula or in Maryland.
New Medical Office Opening
The mid-shore region of the Eastern Shore is separated from the rest of Maryland by the Chesapeake Bay … its one bridge often clogged with vacation travelers. AAMC decided to open a large medical facility on Kent Island, giving Eastern Shore residents clear access to specialized health services in a historically underserved area.
